Thank you for supporting our organization and its initiatives. We value every contribution and strive to use all donations effectively for community welfare. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
All donations made to our NGO are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to ongoing programs and community development activities.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
A refund may be issued only under the following rare conditions:
Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Technical error during the transaction resulting in incorrect deduction.
Unauthorized transaction proven through verification.
In such cases, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. No Refund on Tax-Exempt Receipts
If a tax exemption certificate (80G/other receipt) has already been issued, refunds cannot be processed.
