To uplift women socially and economically, we conduct several capacity-building and skill-based training programs. These include tailoring and stitching training under our Shilai School, digital literacy initiatives like Digital Sakhi, and other livelihood development workshops. Through these efforts, women gain confidence, financial independence, and improved community participation.
